Golf Training

WHAT IS MyTPI?
TPI stands for Titleist Performance Institute. Professionals can get certified by an approved golf
specific training course or work with current PGA or LPGA professionals to help you improve your performance on the course.

WHY MyTPI FITNESS CONDITIONING?
Factors like strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, nutrition, stability, power, vision and posture all influence the body’s mechanics.

TPI Golf TrainingUtilizing TPI’s physical screening process, we measure your ability to generate and transfer speed and determine the most efficient energy transfer throughout your body.  We will isolate any physical limitations, correlate these findings to your swing technique and prescribe a custom-conditioning program.

This custom-conditioning program can be sent via e-mail (with step-by-step instructions and film clips for each exercise) or can be performed with the assistance of Sue Swensen, Certified Titleist Golf Performance Instructor, at her studio. www.MyTPI.com

If you are a golfer looking for an excellent instructor we highly recommend Sarah Hindi - Southern Utah's only PGA and LPGA professional. Click here for more information or view her website at www.redcanyongolf.com.

“I love Pilates because it is more of a mind and body exercise rather than an aerobic exercise. I started taking Pilates to enhance my golf game. I have gotten more flexible and stronger in my core. I have also developed more body awareness and balance because of Pilates. These are all benefits of Pilates, but the most measurable difference is my golf handicap, which has dropped from a 5 to 3.

I would recommend Pilates to anyone.” Jodi White, Age 46
